The Zig Zag Foundation has provided $1,215,300 funding to help children in need since 2007. We are proud to list just some of our project highlights below:

  • Total Granted $243,684

  • $30,000 went to the Royal Children's Hospital for the purchase of Purchase 30 Play stations for three children’s wards of long stay children.

  • 2007

  • Total Granted $188,500

  • $7,000 went to Friends of Brain Injured Children/Creevey family

  • Purchase of wheelchair, walking frame & bath chair for a young boy who was left quadriplegic and brain damaged after a mosquito bite.

  • $44,328 went to Muscular Dystrophy Queensland to purchase an urgently needed vehicle for one of the families living with muscular dystrophy

  • $41,640 went to Guide Dogs Queensland for equipment to train and assist young children to learn to walk

  • $12,230 went to Heart Kids to purchase cardiac monitors for children with life threatening heart issues

  • $2,542 went to Montrose Access to purchase Liteway Scooters for children losing the ability to walk

  • $23,769 went to the Cerebral Palsy League to purchase special equipment for children with cerebral palsy to maximise their development

  • $20,205 went to Hear and Say for cochlear implants to babies who were born profoundly deaf as well as providing resources for the occupational therapy room
