Straalen McCallum sang for the Zig Zag Foundation's Gala Ball back in 2007, we were all blown away with what an amazing voice this young boy had! We are very lucky to have Straalen apart of the Zig Zag Ambassadors team!

Why do you support Zig Zag?

"Hi! I''ve been a proud Ambassador of Zig Zag for nearly 3 years now. I'm a really lucky kid - I'm healthy, have a family who love me, and I have great people supporting me. Sadly, there are children who are not so lucky. I've seen them - kids who have cancer, kids who have been abused, kids who are sick, kids who can't walk, talk or speak or even hear. I read lots of sad stories about kids - kids who are otherwise just like me. And it made me very sad.

It also made me want to do something. That's when I heard of the Zig Zag Foundation.

Zig Zag help sick and underprivileged kids in a way like no other organisation do. They truly are passionate and focused on doing whatever they can to help kids, and they do it with honesty and a lot of energy!!! So it was easy to chose the Zig Zag Foundation as my charity of choice! I know the people who run it, and all of the people who help, and they are busy people with their own jobs and families and so on - but they still work hard on helping kids! And they don't even get paid to do it!

All the money they raise goes to the kids! It's amazing! But the smiles they bring to the kids they help makes it all worth it!
