Zig Zag Foundation Patron

"As someone that grew up in the Lockyer District, it is difficult to believe what has happened in our communities in Queensland with the floods and cyclones.  It has been a very testing and trying time whilst people rebuild their lives, but I know that as a proud Queenslander - they will prevail. 

 It is the same spirit that I see within the Zig Zag Foundation and the never ending good that is done, whether it is donating of time, donating of goods or just "helping out". 

During my time as a cricketer I have come across many and varied charities… all with the same core value of trying to help others.  Some are very successful and really stand up to the challenge of raising awareness and providing support for those in need.  I believe Zig Zag is one of these charities and it is for this reason I am pleased to support them in their work.

As Patron, I ask you to support this worthwhile charity. For those who have and continue to support - I thank you. 

My involvement will continue to be hands on and my hope is that we - the community will continue to support Zig Zag in their endeavours to provide equipment, financial assistance, support and guidance to children in need.  Our hope is to make their world a brighter place and allow them to achieve their own hopes and dreams along the way." - Andy Bichel
